Website content is general information about MBR’s approach and current development work. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, engineering, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
Talk to Sabai
Sabai is an AI-generated voice guide for a short business conversation. Output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Do not rely on it for a consequential decision, provide secrets or sensitive personal data, or treat it as confirmation that MBR will accept or deliver work.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, access another person’s data, test the service without authorization, or use the site unlawfully. MBR may limit or stop access to protect visitors and service availability.
No outcome or availability guarantee
MBR does not guarantee that the website, voice experience, mailbox, future Pattaya location, or a described capability will always be available. No business result, deployment timeline, search ranking, cost saving, or commercial success is promised here.
Consulting engagements
Paid work begins only under a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, fees, evidence, data handling, ownership, and acceptance. Website content does not replace that agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, MBR owns or licenses the website’s brand, text, software, and media. You may view and link to public pages for ordinary lawful use, but may not copy or present the material as your own offering.
Third-party services and links
Some website features depend on third-party services, and their own terms may apply when you use them. MBR is not responsible for an external page merely because the website links to it.
