Who is responsible

Website and device information
The public pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. When you visit, basic technical information—such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, response status, and security events—may be processed to deliver and protect the site.
When you email hello@mbrsabai.com, MBR receives your email address, message, and any information you choose to include so the team can respond and keep appropriate business records.
Why the information is used
Information is used to provide the page or conversation you request, keep the service secure and available, respond to an inquiry, investigate problems, and meet applicable legal obligations. MBR does not use Talk to Sabai audio or live transcripts to train a public model.
Retention
MBR does not keep Talk to Sabai audio or live transcripts after the conversation ends. Basic security records may be kept for up to 90 days unless a shorter period applies or the law requires longer preservation. Sharing and international processing
MBR may use carefully selected service providers to support the website, email, and voice experience. Some processing may occur outside your country. Information handled during a client engagement is governed by the applicable agreement and privacy notice.
